This Melon Salsa Recipe is great for summer gatherings!

Chop (and seed, if needed) 2 cups cantaloupe, 1 cup cucumber, 1/4 cup onion, 2 Tbsp cilantro or mint (optional), 1/2 jalapeño (or use hot sauce, to taste). Add 1/4 cup lime juice or lemon juice and 1 Tbsp sugar, to taste. Stir together all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Serve with grilled or broiled fish or chicken.
